Sophea began to work at the Law Office of Thomas Stylianos in 2008. She is currently working as an Immigration Paralegal.  Sophea, a graduate from University in Cambodia,  speaks Khmer and English. Sophea has helped the Law Office grow its business in Lowell, MA and has helped the Cambodian community.  Sophea recently completed Catholic Legal Network training in Family Immigration.


Sophea graduated from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2000 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Mathematics.  She continued her studies after being accepted into the Master’s Degree program at Pannasastra University of Cambodia. Before Sophea came to the United States, she was the secretary for Prince Norodom Sirivudh, a Senator and the Secretary General of Funcipec.

Joseph H. Sexton III has been working as a paralegal with the Law Office of Thomas Stylianos Jr. since 2012.  With more than 18 years of experience working in the areas of Criminal Law and Personal Injury and Immigration Law.  Prior to joining the office as a paralegal, Joe worked for many years writing advocacy materials for various community organizations. Joe speaks English and Khmer.


Joe graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and has a

Juris Doctor from Suffolk University in Boston.

Leakhena started working part-time at the Law Office of Thomas Stylianos in August 2016 and is now working full time.  Leakhena is a native Khmer speaker, so she can communicate in both Khmer and English.


Leakhena obtained her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College and is currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, MA. Prior to her arrival in the United States, she earned her first Bachelor’s degree of Art in Economics from Paññasastra University of Cambodia, and worked as Business Development Officer at VisionFund Cambodia

 (a Micro-Finance Institution in Cambodia).



Bothol joined the team as a Paralegal at the Law Office of Thomas Stylianos in January 2020.

After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2008 from the Vand Institute, Bothol continued her studies and completed her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2012 at the Norton University in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.  Bothol is able to communicate in both the Khmer and English languages.


Before her arrival to the United States, Bothol was employed as a Human Resources Business Partner with the Daun Penh Food & Beverage company in Cambodia.  When not at work, Bothol enjoys shopping and spending time with her daughter.

Raul has years of Income Tax experience and is a native

Spanish speaker from the Dominican Republic.

Raul also works for a CPA firm in Acton, MA as a Tax Accountant.


 Raul is certified to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent, I.T.I.N. Certified Acceptance Agent and is Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Notary Public.  In 2010, Raul graduated from Middlesex Community College with an Associate’s degree in Business Accounting and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University.





Davy is the In-Country assistant for the Law Office of Thomas Stylianos and is located in Phnom Penh.


Davy acts as a liaison with our United States office facilitating communications between the Law Office of Thomas Stylianos and our foreign clients.
